She began her career serving on the Navajo Reservation in Ganado, Arizona, providing care for the Navajo, Hopi, and Zuni communities. In 1997, she relocated to Anchorage, Alaska, where her work soon extended beyond private practice. Committed to giving back, Dr. Gagliano has volunteered with the Alaskan Mission of Mercy and visited local schools to promote oral health. Her service also extends globally, with mission trips to Fiji, China, and Hong Kong, where she provided dental care to those without regular access.
“The mouth is the window to your metabolic health. It is my mission to help you heal at the cellular level.
Ken L. Hagler, B.S., M.Div, CPD Nutrition Coach
A graduate of East Carolina University, in Greenville, North Carolina, Ken entered into the realm of nutrition coaching following his own journey to metabolic health . As an ordained clergy in the United Methodist Church for 30 years, Ken has provided care alongside individuals and families suffering the effects of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. Supersingly, in 1747, John Wesley, founder of Methodism published “Primitive Physic,” which focused on improving metabolic health in 18th century England. Many of Wesley’s recommendations are found relevant to today’s growing metabolic health concerns. Following the same line, Ken now coaches clients in the United States, the U.K., Australia, and Jamaica regarding evidence based lifestyle changes that improve metabolic health.
This program is designed to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
Time-based eating, often referred to as intermittent fasting, has been associated with numerous health benefits:
Healthy blood pressure
Improved heart health
Improved body composition
Sounds great, right? Well, it’s easier said than done. The trouble with intermittent fasting is that it is HARD. Few people are able to stick with the practice long enough to achieve real results.
That is where this program comes in. It helps you extend the time between eating dinner and the first meal of the day. It’s just 2 simple natural products, 1 easy practice that yields measurable results.
